The Story Behind the Build
EV CRM is a custom-built administration portal developed to help EV charging operators efficiently manage charging infrastructure from a centralized dashboard. The system provides real-time monitoring of charge point status, live location tracking, operational insights, and maintenance management, enabling administrators to oversee charging networks with greater visibility and control.
The project included the development of a comprehensive admin panel along with secure API integrations for synchronizing live charge point data, operational information, and support workflows. The platform also features ticket management, location-based monitoring, reporting, and role-based administration, allowing operators to efficiently manage charging stations, maintenance requests, and day-to-day operations.
