Project Summary

The platform digitises the complete airport transfer process by replacing manual booking methods with an intelligent transport allocation system. Customers can search available airport transfers, compare transport providers, receive transparent pricing and complete bookings through a simple online experience.

Behind the scenes, transport providers manage vehicles, drivers, pricing and bookings through dedicated dashboards, while administrators oversee the entire ecosystem from a central management portal.

Rather than functioning as a simple booking website, Fly Away Lusaka operates as a connected transport management ecosystem designed to automate dispatch, improve operational efficiency and provide a better travel experience for customers.

Platform Overview

The platform automates the complete booking lifecycle, from requesting a transfer to assigning a driver and completing the journey. Every user has a dedicated workspace whilst administrators retain full operational control.

Smart Booking Workflow

Customers search for airport transfers by selecting their route and travel details. The platform automatically identifies eligible transport providers based on route availability, pricing and service quality.

Customers can compare available transport providers before confirming their preferred option. Once confirmed, the booking is sent to the selected transport provider for review.

If the booking is accepted, the transport provider assigns a driver and vehicle before sharing trip details with the customer. If declined, the platform automatically offers the booking to the next suitable transport provider, ensuring every request receives timely attention.

Intelligent Pricing Engine
